Here is a link I found and have been using to bring balance back. The gyan mudra has helped me greatly. I remember seeing the sky God Horus make this in a hieroglyphic but of course I can’t find it now. Lol.

If I feel the psychosis start kicking up from the DEW and psychic attacks I make the gyan mudra symbol with my hands and point them toward the ground, I take a deep breath, I focus on my crown chakra above my head, and taking back my authority over the little demonic egregores floating in my energetic field (some created by me, some sent from evil people on earth, most probably that live in this wicked digital web through sigils in the motherboards and the way they power the grid, we’ll discuss this in detail soon. I want to make sure I have all the info we need to start to change it). I demand they leave my mind, claiming my authority the entire time. And then focus on Archangel Michael and I can feel the Light enter my brain.
